Long Term Student Position in ACCOUNTING (Bachelor/Master students)

BACKGROUND

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic accounting student at the Luxembourg Institute of Health to support the accounting office in its mission and daily workload. The Accounting Student will work under the supervision of the LIH Accounting Team Leader.

As an Accountant Student, you will have the opportunity to learn more about general and cost accounting in a Public Institute.

The Accounting Student will have a basic knowledge in Lux Gaap and will focus on the following subjects:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Assets accounting
• Prepaid expenses

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Accounting Student will be in charge of: 

• Record the supplier invoices
• Record the expenses notes
• Prepare the allocation of prepaid expenses
• Prepare the asset data for computation

KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic knowledge of Lux Gaap principles
• Knowledge of MS office, intermediate Excel level
• Attentive to details, proactive, curious
• Deadlines respectful
• Ability to work within a team
• Languages skill : French C2 and English B1
