The Digital Cognition study ("DigiCog") is part of the Predi-COVID project, launched by the Luxembourg Institute of Health (LIH). This cohort study has enrolled patients with COVID-19 to monitor potential long-term health effects. DigiCog aims to investigate persistent cognitive symptoms more than one year after infection. In this context, the collaboration between LIH and VIEWMIND Company has been pivotal, incorporating VIEWMIND's digital technology as an additional screening tool to assess neurocognitive conditions post-COVID-19, alongside gold-standard methods.
The DigiCog project proposes to: 1) Conduct a validation study of a novel device that uses eye movement during tasks to quickly evaluate cognitive functioning; 2) Explore long-term cognitive conditions post-COVID-19.
